GO2cam 不断发展以满足行业需求并与全球趋势保持一致。 自动化 GO2cam 中的自动化是这一演变的重要组成部分,旨在自动化零件加工编程过程,使其更高效、更易于使用,从而大大减少编程时间。

多年来,这种自动化功能在以前的版本中就开始开发,并针对特定流程进行了逐步更新,它是通过以下方式实现的:

  • 自动识别形状以应用加工循环。

  • 自动选择刀具和切削条件。

  • 自动应用刀具路径以加工零件。

It started with the introduction of HMF in V5.5 - allowing the automatic recognition of holes and assigning standard hole parameters or User-defined parameters to them, to then be automatically machined.

The concept of 操作列表 was then introduced in V5.6 - allowing to define or capture from an existing file, and save, a list of machining operations. These cycles can then be loaded and applied on another part by only selecting the profiles. (Further conditions can also be defined in the opelist to automate the profile recognition process). 线切割电火花加工策略 are directly based on Opelists but includes specific options and behaviour.

自动车削操作列表 was then introduced in V6.06 - this allows to define an opelist for turning which is able to automatically recognize the features of the part and apply the machining cycles on it. The whole process is reduced to a few clicks.
