Definition

重疊路徑值 定義為在一個操作過程中刀具的路徑之間的空間。

Stepover (Tool ratio) 是路徑在刀具直徑上的空間的比率。

Stepover value (Ae) 是刀具在 XY 中移動到下一個路徑的距離。

The formula for the Stepover value :

XY向間距 = 刀具直徑 x 重疊路徑值

(with 0< Stepover <1)

Example :

刀具直徑 = 10 mm

重疊路徑值 = 0.8

Therefore, Distance = 10 mm x 0.8 = 8 mm

XY 留痕高

使用球刀或圓角端銑刀的可用選項。

Respect the scallop
