By default, on selecting a profile, that profile is considered closed. As such, any machining carried out will be within or outside the profile. This can be easily detected as the 绿色 color of the profile line.

Using the command, you can manually select the elements of the profiles required one by one. The selected elements will turn to 紫色 indicating that this element will be considered as an open section of the profile. The cutting tool will enter and leave the workpiece at the open section.

如果需要，您也可以单击选择气泡，将轮廓完全变为紫色，从而将其切换为完全开放的轮廓。

要关闭特征的元素，只需单击特征的相应面即可。

与轮廓类似，您可以更改整个区域的状态，而无需逐个单击元素：

• Shift + 单击两个元素 : 打开/关闭所选元素之间的所有元素。

• 单击气泡 : 切换整个特征。

注意： 与轮廓相比，存在一个限制——只有最初在特征中打开的元素才能关闭（如果需要，可以重新打开）。如果无法修改面，则在 红色 悬停时显示。
